How will my refund be paid back to me?

Payments made via your the Canadian Heart Association Website by credit card, Visa Debit, or Debit Mastercard will be refunded to the original card. Payments by any other method will be reimbursed by cheque or e-transfer to the student.

Do I qualify for a refund?

Refunds will only be issued if the refund request is received in writing, 28 days prior to the first day of the original course. No refund will be granted outside of this time frame. Students who qualify for a refund will receive a refund of tuition paid, less an administrative fee of $75.00.*

If a refund is approved by management in the 28 day period before the course starts. The administration fee for that refund will be $150.00.
